Based in Chesterfield, our Contact Centre team are made up of Hire Co-ordinators and dedicated experts in damage and loss recovery, compliance co-ordination and administration.
The team are your one point of contact, where you only have to make one call and we’ll sort it all! We deal with the whole process - from the initial enquiry to the actual order and dealing with the relevant A-Plant Accommodation service centres.
We also process off-hires, liaise with Project Managers, process breakdowns, deal with damage and loss and ensure compliance checks for rehire contracts to ensure the whole process runs smoothly.
"Within a year of the Contact Centre opening, we started to take on more accounts in addition to Balfour Beatty. These were primarily through acquisition such as McCarthy & Stone, Bovis, Galliford Try and NG Bailey, but gradually we’ve taken on even more and we now handle all the accommodation requirements of our large accounts, including Barhale, Skanska, VINCI, Wates and other sole supply or preferred supply accounts."
